The STREGA combines modern features of twenty-first century coffee machines with the traditional lever system that guarantees the optimal extraction of coffee flavours, delivering creamy espresso pursuant to the Italian espresso coffee tradition.

“S” VERSION WITH RESERVOIR
The vibration pump is operated by an electronic control that adjusts the boiler level. Before the coffee delivery, the pump fills the lever group providing a pre infusion between water and coffee. Once the lever is lifted to begin the extraction, the pump stops and the pressure in the group is created by two springs that guarantee a steady pressure and the best extraction of the coffee oils.

“R” VERSION WITH CONNECTION TO WATER MAIN
An electronic system controls the probe which automatically regulates the solenoid valve for the water refill in the boiler, that is loaded with the pressure of the water main (minimum pressure 2 Bar). The group chamber is filled by the pressure of the water main when the lever is pulled down.

“TOP” VERSION
This version allows to use the machine with the water tank or to connect it directly to the water main. It is equipped with a professional pressostat. The heating element in the group ensures a greater temperature stability.
